How to organize a PDF
Drop your PDF into the box above, or click Choose files. Every page appears as a preview.
Turn pages left or right with their arrows, remove pages with the bin (and bring them back with undo), and turn all of them at once if the whole scan is sideways.
Drag pages to reorder them, or move them with the ‹ and › buttons.
Click Save PDF and download the new PDF.
Why organize a PDF?
Scans often come out with pages sideways, upside down or in the wrong order, and exports include blank pages, cover sheets or pages you'd rather not send. Fixing them before sharing saves the reader the trouble.
Seeing every page as a preview makes it quick to spot what's wrong, instead of typing page numbers and hoping.
What changes, and what doesn't
Pages are copied exactly as they are: text stays sharp and selectable, links and images are untouched, and nothing is re-compressed. Turning a page changes only its rotation, as a PDF viewer would.
Split PDF takes pages out into separate files, and Merge PDF joins several PDFs. Organize PDF keeps one PDF and changes its pages.
Is it safe?
Yes. Organize PDF runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read and converted by your own device using built-in browser technology, so they are never uploaded to a server and nobody else can see them.
You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab and convert a file. No upload requests are made.
The PDF is read and written in your browser. It's never uploaded.
Files stay in this tab's memory only until you remove them or close the page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete pages from a PDF?
Click the bin under each page you want gone; it's greyed out and can be brought back with undo until you save. Then click Save PDF.
How do I rotate just one page?
Use the turn arrows under that page. To turn a whole sideways scan, use All left or All right.
Does the text stay selectable?
Yes. Pages are copied as they are, not turned into images, so text, links and quality stay the same.
Can I reorder pages on my phone?
Yes, with the ‹ and › buttons under each page. Dragging works with a mouse.
Can I edit a password-protected PDF?
Not while it's locked: open it with its password in a PDF viewer, save a copy without the password, and organize that copy.
